Each home is different and each customer is unique. Depending on your tastes, requirements, lifestyles and budgets, our designer will work with you to design your home as swiftly as she/he can subject to your availability. Upon finalising the design, you will be presented with a timeline for the execution. Niche prides itself with an excellent record for handing over houses within the specified timeline.

Once you present your floor plan to the designer, a design proposal (which would include space planning, reference images, colour palettes and a tentative estimate) would be presented to the customer. Once all these are finalised, we would move into designing your space.
